Basement Finish, Empire, MI
This basement was finished for a family with two young children who needed a large family room that could accommodate all the activities of their busy lives. A local design firm came up with a plan that included zones for relaxing and watching TV, making crafts, exercising, and of course, playing! Storage cabinetry around the room added plenty of space to store materials, toys and equipment when not in use.
In addition a laundry was enclosed, and made into a cheerful, contemporary place where the hard work of the family can be done with ease and organization.
