Cottage, Glen Lake, Empire, MI
This cottage was primarily designed by the owner, and finalized by Randy to fit within the setbacks of her association sized lot. It replaced an existing one bedroom cabin meant solely for summer living (no insulation and limited heat!), and became an adorable, bright and open space with room for guests and entertaining. Her own words describe it best- “thanks for taking an ugly duckling, and turning it into something that makes everyone smile when they walk in!”
