This charming bungalow was built as a Heart Home, on inspiration, instead of speculation, and with all the love as if it were our own home. For this project, we purchased a great plan on-line, and made some modifications to customize it for this area. A covered front porch overlooks the neighborhood park, and a deck accessed by beautiful French doors in the back is perfect for grilling and entertaining.

We selected Wilsonart laminate flooring for durability, kept the woodwork and cabinetry natural for a bungalow feel, but matched this with contemporary lights and plumbing fixtures for an updated look. We fell in love with a rich teal color which we used to unify the main living spaces. This color beautifully matched furniture the new owners had purchased prior to seeing the home. A match made in heaven!
